Compressed Air Leak Identification
A certified technician will scan the entire facility for compressed air leaks using ultrasonic leak detecting technology. When a leak is identified, The technician will document what is causing the leak, the leak location, and how large the leak is.
Compressed Air Leak Repair
Once this identification sweep is complete, the technician will use high quality Parker Hannifin materials to repair as many of the identified leaks as possible without interfering with production (aiming for 70%).
The Takeaway
Within two business days, your team will get a report explaining the following:
The leak's location
The size of the leak
What was leaking
If the leak was repaired
How much energy that leak was wasting
A photo of each leak
